• Ground heat is absorbed using buried loops, a system of plastic coils (cross-linked polyethylene) containing a mixture of water + antifreeze solution.
• Three
collector systems are available for all kind of external ground
areas.
- The traditional horizontal
collector will cover, depending
of the climatic conditions, an area of 120 up to 150% of the
floor surface area. The collector loops are buried 60 – 100cm
below the ground.
- Vertical probe in case of very small or steeply
sloping areas. Probe length could reach a 100m, even more.
-
Ground water
installations for small or sloping external areas.
Underground water is taken from relatively shallow water reservoirs
at a depth of 10 to 20 meters. |
