Pursuant to French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended related to computer technology, personal informaton and freedoms, the web site has been the subject of a declaration to the national commission on computer technology and freedoms (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – www.cnil.fr) number 618728. The automated processing of personal data realized on the www.sofath.com web site is conducted pursuant to the requirements of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended related to computer technology, personal information and freedoms.
In particular, the user is informed that, pursuant to Article 32 of Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 as amended related to computer technology, personal information and freedoms, the information the user provides by filling out forms present on the site is required to respond to his/her queries and is intended for Sofath as the party responsible for processing for administrative and commercial purposes.
The user is informed that he/she has a right to access, query and correct in order, if applicable, to have his/her personal data corrected, completed, updated, secured or erased when said data is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date, or the collection, use, communication or preservation of which is prohibited.
